Technical BA - Asset Management

Intrinzic are partnering with a household name in the telco industry who are ramping up a critical infrastructure and security uplift program. As part of this, they’re on the lookout for a Technical Business Analyst to help bring clarity, structure, and standardisation to how infrastructure assets are tracked and managed across the business.

This isn’t your average BA role. You won’t be mapping out workflows for business end users — instead, you’ll be diving deep with cloud teams, platform engineers, and system owners to document current processes, define data flows, and help shape a scalable, secure asset management model.
What you’ll be doing:

• Mapping out current asset management practices across physical and virtual stacks
• Engaging directly with technical stakeholders – think GMs, system owners, cloud/platform leads
• Identifying gaps in tooling, data quality, and process consistency
• Supporting vendor/tooling evaluations
• Helping design the future-state model, aligned to broader security and compliance goals (ISO 27001 etc.)

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience as a Technical BA within infrastructure, networks, or cloud environments.
• Familiarity with asset management processes – ideally across infrastructure, platforms, and software (not just IT asset registers)
• Confident working with APIs, integrations, system interfaces, and understanding how data flows between tools.
• You’re comfortable working autonomously, proactively surfacing issues, and bringing structure to ambiguity.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked on security or compliance-driven initiatives

  
You’ll be working closely with a highly engaged tech leadership team, feeding into a program that reports directly into the CTO. The team is collaborative but self-directed – they’ll have your back, but they’ll value your independence too.
