Systems Administrator

• $110k - $130k base + super
• Ownership of Microsoft365 and Windows Servers
• Sydney CBD

  
We’re looking for a hands-on Systems Administrator who keeps systems secure, users productive, and the business moving forward.

You’ll own our IT environment across offices and sites - from Microsoft 365 and Windows Servers to backups, security, vendors, and disaster recovery. You’ll be the go-to escalation point, a trusted business partner, and a key driver of IT improvements.
  
Key responsibilities:

• Run and improve our IT systems, network, backup & recovery
• Administer Microsoft 365, AD, Windows Server (2022/2025) and hybrid environments
• Provide escalation support for desktop/LAN issues
• Manage vendors and outsourced IT partners
• Drive security, continuity, and disaster recovery
• Deliver the IT roadmap aligned to business strategy
• Lead IT projects and train users on best practice

  
Key experience:

• 5+ years in a similar Systems Admin role
• Strong end-to-end IT support experience
• Microsoft 365 & Active Directory expertise
• Solid infrastructure, networking & security knowledge
• Windows Server, desktop/LAN, and Linux experience
• Clear communicator who can work with all levels of the business
