Intrinzic is partnering with a global insurance organisation to appoint a Senior Business Analyst into a critical delivery-focused role within their technology team.
This hire is driven by workload and delivery demand. The team is supporting multiple broker portals, ongoing BAU, and a major rebranding initiative. We are looking for a strong, hands-on BA to step in and stabilise BAU while supporting delivery.
This is not a greenfield or discovery-heavy role. It’s for a Senior Business Analyst who enjoys keeping things moving, coordinating delivery, and ensuring changes land properly in production.
The role
Initially, you will take ownership of BAU for one broker portal, allowing an existing BA to transition onto a strategic program. Over time, you’ll gain exposure to additional portals and initiatives across the platform.
Alongside BAU, you’ll support an in-flight rebranding program focused on execution rather than requirements definition. The scope is already set — your role is to help drive delivery through development, testing, defect triage, and release readiness.
You’ll work closely with developers, a dedicated testing team, and delivery leadership to ensure timelines are met and releases are fit for go-live.

What you’ll be doing
- Owning BAU for a broker portal, managing change requests, enhancements, and day-to-day delivery
- Supporting an active rebranding program through delivery, testing coordination, and release preparation
- Working closely with testers to validate defects, assess severity, and determine go-live vs post-go-live priorities
- Coordinating testing activity and ensuring changes are validated across applications and documentation
- Supporting releases, including post-release verification and occasional out-of-hours smoke testing
- Maintaining clear documentation and ensuring stakeholders have confidence in what is being delivered
- Acting as a pragmatic delivery BA — removing blockers, managing dependencies, and keeping momentum
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst on technology-driven initiatives
- Prior experience working in insurance.
- Comfortable working across BAU, projects, testing, and releases
- A strong eye for detail, with the ability to review changes critically and identify risks, gaps, or inconsistencies
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure
- Pragmatic mindset — able to assess risk, prioritise defects, and keep delivery moving
- Confidence working with developers, testers (including offshore teams), and delivery leads.
