Senior Business Analyst – Strategic IT Projects & BAU Oversight

• $150,000 -$160,000 + Super + Bonus

Intrinzic is proud to be partnering with a global insurance organisation on a newly created role within a growing team.

This is a role for the kind of Business Analyst who gets stuck in—not because they have to, but because they care. Someone who knows when to roll up their sleeves and test something hands-on, but also when to zoom out, realign priorities, and have the tough conversations with stakeholders. You’ll have oversight across multiple projects and BAU streams - jumping in where needed to keep momentum and build resilience in the team.

It’s not a fixed or siloed role, there’s always something in motion. Whether it’s a digital transformation, a global convergence program, or day-to-day platform improvements, what you do will directly impact the broader business.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on technology-led projects
• Previous experience within the insurance sector (ideally general or commercial lines)
• Must be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia
