Intrinzic is partnering with a leading Australian FinTech who are currently undergoing a major cloud and infrastructure transformation program.

We are seeking a Platform Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team supporting enterprise-scale, highly available platforms within a complex hybrid environment.

This is an excellent opportunity to work across modern cloud infrastructure, automation, platform reliability and operational engineering while contributing to a significant AWS migration initiative.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain cloud and on-prem infrastructure platforms
• Contribute to AWS and hybrid cloud transformation initiatives
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible
• Improve platform automation, scalability and operational reliability
• Work across CI/CD pipelines, observability and production support activities
• Collaborate closely with Cloud, DevOps, SRE and Security teams

  
Key Experience:

• Experience in Platform, Infrastructure, Systems or DevOps Engineering
• Strong Linux administration experience
• Exposure to AWS and hybrid cloud environments
• Hands-on Terraform and/or Ansible experience
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments
• Strong automation and operational mindset

  
Desirable:

• VMware/vSphere experience
• Networking and F5 exposure
• Observability/SRE tooling experience
• Experience within regulated or high-availability environments

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity with hybrid working arrangements based in Sydney.
