Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)

• TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS
• $150k - $170k base + super + bonus
• Hybrid: 3 days/week in office

  
We’re partnering with a global technology business delivering large-scale, customer-facing digital platforms used by millions of consumers every day.

Our client is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to play a key role in the evolution of a highly visible product platform, helping drive architecture, delivery standards, scalability, and engineering capability across the team.

This is a genuinely balanced full stack role across TypeScript, Node.js, React, and AWS, suited to someone who enjoys operating across architecture, hands-on engineering, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement.

You’ll be joining a collaborative product engineering environment where your input will directly influence technical direction and product outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and building scalable full stack applications
• Working across React frontends, Node.js APIs, and AWS cloud infrastructure
• Driving engineering best practices and architectural decisions
• Mentoring junior engineers and uplifting team capability
• Collaborating closely with Product, UX, and technical stakeholders
• Contributing to both project delivery and platform evolution

What we’re looking for:

• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript
• Solid backend development experience with Node.js
• Strong frontend capability with React
• AWS/cloud-native engineering experience
• Experience designing scalable systems and APIs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Someone proactive, collaborative, and comfortable contributing ideas
