Intrinzic is partnering with a leading Australian FinTech currently investing heavily in cloud engineering, platform reliability and infrastructure transformation.
  
We are seeking a Cloud Site Reliability Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team responsible for delivering secure, scalable and highly available cloud platform services across critical enterprise environments.
  
This role offers the opportunity to work within a modern AWS and Kubernetes ecosystem, focused on automation, operational resilience, observability and continuous improvement.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor and improve cloud infrastructure and platform services
• Support highly available AWS and Kubernetes environments
• Automate operational workflows and infrastructure management
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions
• Contribute to CI/CD engineering and platform reliability initiatives
• Support incident response, resilience and operational improvement activities
• Collaborate with Cloud, Platform, Engineering and Service teams

  
Key Experience:

• Strong AWS cloud engineering experience
• Hands-on Kubernetes/EKS experience
• Infrastructure as Code expertise using Terraform, CloudFormation or CDK
• CI/CD pipeline experience using GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket
• Experience with automation and scripting using Python, TypeScript or similar
• Strong understanding of observability, monitoring and platform resilience
• Experience within enterprise or high-availability environments

Desirable:

• SRE or platform engineering background
• Experience with microservices and containerised environments
• Cloud security and vulnerability management exposure
• ITIL, AWS or SRE certifications

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity with hybrid working arrangements based in Sydney.
