Intrinzic are proud to partner exclusively with an exciting tech start-up in Sydney CBD. This is an opportunity to you join a product right as it’s about to go live and then stay on to shape everything that comes after.
  
The team is now nearing prototype completion, with plans to go live shortly and from there, it’s straight into roadmap execution, scaling, and building out new features.

What you’ll be doing
This is a Senior Full-Stack role where you’ll come in at a critical moment - not just building, but shaping what happens next. 

• Help take the product from prototype → live → scale
• Contribute to architecture decisions alongside the CTO and Lead Architect
• Work on real-time trading logic and performance-critical systems
• Develop interactive, high-quality UIs (animations, real-time updates)
• Improve and evolve the platform as real users come on board
• Mentor others and help set engineering standards

What we are looking for

• Strong React experience (bonus for animations, Canvas/WebGL, complex UI)
• Solid backend experience (Node.js, APIs, databases)
• Experience building scalable systems and thinking about performance
• Comfortable working across the stack — no rigid silos
• Someone who thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments
• Bonus: experience in fintech, trading, or high-volume platforms

Final details:

• Sydney-based team
• Hybrid working — 3 days in office (many of the team choose to come in more, but it’s not enforced)
• Full-time role paying $150 to $180k + Super
