The Role

Join a fast-growing fintech building high-performance, always-on systems. As an SRE, you’ll sit at the intersection of engineering and operations, owning platform reliability, responding to incidents, and driving improvements that keep systems running smoothly at scale.
 
What You’ll Do

• Monitor platform health, respond to alerts, and troubleshoot issues
• Lead incident response and restore services quickly
• Investigate complex technical problems (L2/L3 support)
• Improve reliability through automation and engineering solutions
• Enhance monitoring, logging, and observability
• Drive post-incident reviews and continuous improvement

 
What You Bring

• Experience supporting production systems (SaaS, fintech, or high-availability)
• Strong troubleshooting across distributed systems
• Exposure to tools like Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus, or New Relic
• AWS, Linux, and networking fundamentals
• Scripting/automation skills (Python, Node.js, Bash)
• Experience handling incidents and working under pressure

 
Nice to Have

• Fintech or high-transaction systems experience
• Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform
• Experience with Redis, Kafka, or similar
