We are partnering with an ASX-listed communications business that has quietly built a commercially strong, high-margin recurring revenue model, a growing global footprint, and a platform that is ready to scale.
They know where the growth is. They need someone to go and capture it.
The Opportunity
This is a hunter seat...explicitly. The business needs someone who can qualify fast, develop pipeline, and close. You'll be working across Australia and the broader APAC region, targeting enterprise clients and telco partners, and reporting into a regional Director of Sales.

- Open doors into enterprise and mid-market customers
- Build and develop pipeline from the ground up
- Engage across both enterprise customers and partner ecosystems
- Navigate multi-location, multi-stakeholder opportunities
- Lead solution-led conversations alongside technical teams
- Convert complex deals into long-term, recurring revenue
- Grow and expand accounts once landed

What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record as a standalone operator, developing and executing your own sales strategy
- Deep knowledge of the Australian and APAC telco landscape
- Comfortable engaging from SME through to complex, multi-stakeholder regional clients
- Strong solution-selling capability across UC platforms (MS Teams, Cisco Webex experience highly regarded)
- Confident working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
The Details
- Sydney-based role - Hybrid working
- Australia focus with APAC exposure
- Base circa $150k + super + A performance-based commission structure and no ceiling on what you can earn
