Senior Software Engineer

• Up to $160k base + super

Intrinzic is proud to partner exclusively with a hyper-growth global technology company that’s transforming the SaaS landscape. As they continue to scale internationally, we’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help shape the next generation of their platform.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you’ll collaborate with a high-calibre engineering team to design, build, and scale robust SaaS solutions used by customers around the world. You’ll play a key role in the architecture, development, and deployment of new features - ensuring the platform remains performant, reliable, and secure as the company continues to grow at pace.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, resilient systems in a fast-moving SaaS environment
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from roadmap to release
• Taking ownership of architecture decisions and technical direction
• Mentoring and guiding other engineers to raise the bar across the team
• Continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance, code quality, and engineering processes

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience working with Ruby on Rails
• 2+ years’ experience with React or Vue.js
• Proven experience building and scaling SaaS products end-to-end
• Strong technical leadership or mentoring background
• Track record of delivering complex features through all stages of the development cycle
• A passion for clean, maintainable code and continuous improvement
