We're partnering with a global technology organisation that's making a significant investment in its Australian AI capability.

Rather than joining an established team, you'll become part of a select group of senior engineers helping build something new from the ground up.

This isn't a research role.
It isn't a support role.
And it certainly isn't about building AI demos that never see the light of day.

You'll work alongside senior technical and business leaders to solve complex problems, build production-ready AI solutions and help organisations fundamentally rethink how software is designed, built and delivered.

What you'll actually be doing

No two engagements will look the same.

One week you'll be working directly with senior decision-makers to understand complex business challenges.

The next you'll be designing and delivering production-grade AI solutions that create measurable outcomes.

You'll combine engineering, architecture and consulting to help clients move from "What's possible?" to "Here's what's in production."

You'll own problems from discovery through to delivery, working within small, highly capable teams that value technical excellence and practical outcomes.
  
We're interested in people who...

• Have delivered AI or LLM solutions into production.
• Come from a strong Software Engineering, Platform, DevOps or Architecture background.
• Enjoy solving difficult technical problems.
• Can confidently engage with senior stakeholders.
• Have experience across AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Like working where technology meets business.

Most importantly...
