- MVP Prioritization & Scope Management: Define and negotiate critical changes for Day 1 MVP delivery, deferring non-essential items to post-go-live phases. This demands balancing stakeholder expectations for "perfection" against pragmatic MVP boundaries to safeguard business continuity.
- Stakeholder Coordination & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technology, regional leaders) and external vendors to implement changes efficiently. Track progress, mitigate risks (e.g., regulatory hurdles, overlapping timelines), escalate blockers, and facilitate cross-functional alignment in a multi-market, multi-time-zone setting.
- Post-MVP Transition & Optimization: From an initial Waterfall approach for the MVP, you will shift to Agile methodologies for phased releases, fixes, and expansions; capture lessons learned to refine approaches for subsequent markets.
- Governance & Adaptability: Provide robust documentation for decision-making bodies, adapt to scope ambiguities or reversals, and thrive under pressure from tight, fixed deadlines and stakeholder resistance.
